Thanks to technology I can log on remotely to the computer that needs fixing no matter where in the world you are – as long as you have an internet connection and your computer is able to connect we’re good to go!
I can do things like:
- Performance tuneups/speed boosting
- Upgrade recommendations
- Antivirus and anti malware setup and scanning
- Virus removal
- Software installation and removal
- Driver updates
- Troubleshooting and fixing crashes/glitches you may be experiencing
- MS Outlook email setup
- Show and teach you how to do things yourself on the computer – whether it’s making a spreadsheet, creating your own email address, creating pdf documents or anything else under the sun- your patient tech guru guide is waiting for you 😉

If during a session I discover that your computer problem is not something I can fix then you will receive a FULL refund as well as advice on the matter.
If we’re doing a teaching session we can use Skype which will allow for screen sharing and video/or voice calling making the experience super awesome!
Please note you will need to download and install TeamViewer which is the program that makes this all possible. It is free for clients – so no extra costs to you! The connection between our computers will be completely secure. Each time I connect I will require a new password that the TeamViewer program will provide you with. If you are facing hardware issues (where the computer in question won’t turn on/load Windows or connect to the internet) then I won’t be able to log on. In that case please send me an email and I’ll get back to you asap with advice and suggestions!
